About This Product
The holder is used for sterile filtration of tissue-culture solutions, ultrafiltration of buffer solutions, filtering cell-count solutions and pressing soil samples. A 47 mm membrane is laid flat on the support without folding, the O-ring is fitted and the holder assembled, and the ferrules are connected with 10 mm tubing to the approved pressure system before the sample is added.
